Headboards

I am in desperate need for a headboard.  My bed looks so unfinished without one. I've started looking around for a headboard, and they all seem pretty expensive. Like this one from Urban Outfitters is $448!
Needless to say, a DIY Project is definitely in the works for a new headboard.  I found this great DIY on Design*Sponge in which an old door is used as a wooden headboard.  However, I think I want something more plush...so I might look into these tips from Jenny at Little Green Notebook.  The headboard in the picture below was constructed using plywood, an egg crate mattress topper, batting, and Ralph Lauren fabric.
