This and That

Friday is here again.  Normally I would insert some cheery anecdote about my plans for the weekend, but it's just one of those days, and the weather, on top of a million other things, are weighing me down.  All I want to do is crawl into that bed and resume sleeping.  I am looking forward to the bf coming into town today (he always comes up with the silliest ways to cheer me up) but what are your "go-to's" for getting out of a funk?  I promise next week I'll resume to my normal posting and commenting and tweeting!


  1. I had the hardest time getting out of bed this morning too... Good music and catching up with good friends always seem to cheer me up :)

  6. I love the photo, I know how you feel, sometimes you just don't have it in you! The BF coming to town will definitely cheer you up ;) Hmmm suggestions for when I'm feeling in a funk? Sometimes I just give in to it, relax, watch a movie, take a bath, cook a nice meal, etc. Sometimes there is no escaping feeling that that for a day and it can be nice to just ride it out and resume the cheefulness the day after ;)
